Had an amazing stay at My Story Hotel Figueira! the beautiful modern room felt luxurious, with tasteful decor and a lovely view over the square. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during a mishap we encountered. the central location was fantastic, and the restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine. Cristina at the front desk was a standout, providing exceptional customer service. the hotel's attention to detail and historic ambience truly made us feel at home.
